TATTOO ARTIST
This is the only one assignment for this subject. And this is also a group assignment. For this assignment we need to interview some artist about ours topic. After discussion with my group members we decide to interview tattoo artist. On this assignment we want to focus on how the tattoo effects a person in daily life. And we have our first interview with one of the Taylor's Lecturer, Miss Jinchi. At first I was afraid Miss Jinchi and I thought that she is kind of someone who is tough and a little bit like gangster, because that what always come on my mind when I heard someone with tattoo. But when I met Miss Jinchi, she is very kind, open minded and awesome! Can you imagine have a lecturer that have tattoo in whole of his or her body.
I really amazed by how she talk about her experienced and about some of her tattoo and something that is very shocking is when she talk about her mum accompanied her to tattoo parlour for her very first tattoo. usually parents would not agree or support their kid to have a tattoo so I'm very impressed by that.
She also share with us where do she get her inspiration of her tattoo design. Actually her design are from nature, culture, visual that her see.

The designer that I like the most...(week 1)
The designer that I like the most is KARIM RASHID. He comes from Egypt.
Karim Rashid is an industrial designer and interior designer. He designed many products and also involves in many fields such as interior, fashion, furniture, lighting, art, and music installations.
I want to know more about Karim Rashid because of the project - Oaza Zdravlja pharmacy in Belgrade, Serbia. Karim Rashid succeeded to make a regular and totally boring pharmacy into a beautiful place with lots of fluid shapes and symbols.
Below is the example of the project,
For example everything around that pharmacy is coloured in light green, a kind of spring green that symbolizes healing and a healthy life. All shapes are rounded and fluid and most furniture pieces are transparent and made of plastic. The walls seem to float and the organic shapes of the things around mingle so as to result in amazing images. There lighting on the ceiling is stylized so as to symbolize the human DNA or maybe the circuit of the medicine in the human body. The overall picture of the location is one of modernism and hope, trust and elegance.
I can imagine that if I standing in the real place I will definitely get shock. His design is really amazing. He is the top 10 interior designer who change d the world.
Based on my research here are the other designs of him:
From his design I think It will help me for my future design. Karim Rashid let me know the pharmacy is not just white in colour, but in more colourful way. We can use the lighting to make the space more perfect and beautiful.
